Titan Times

Titan Community,

As we head into our final week before Winter Break, we have a few fun reminders to share!

• Wednesday: Students are invited to wear their favorite ugly sweater and help bring some holiday cheer to the halls.
• Thursday: We will be on a double assembly schedule as we come together for our traditional Titan Holiday Assembly—always one of the highlights of the year!
• Friday: This will be a district-wide two-hour early-out. (See schedules below.)

We would also like to take a moment to recognize our incredible performing arts students. Over the past several weeks, our Choir, Orchestra, and Band students have participated in numerous performances that showcased the exceptional musical talent we have here at Syracuse High. Their hard work and dedication continue to make us proud.

Have a wonderful weekend, Go Titans!

On January 13th, we will be conducting a Practice ACT for Sophomores and Juniors. Please have your student at the school at 7:15 to sign in and receive their room assignment. They will need to bring their acceptable photo ID, and it is suggested to bring at least two #2 pencils with erasers, and an approved calculator (with extra batteries/backup). They can also bring snacks/water for breaks, a sweatshirt, and a non-noisy watch, but must keep all other electronics (phones, smartwatches) powered off and out of sight.

The ACT will be proctored March 24th for juniors only. Further information to be given at a later date.

If you are unable to get your scores from College Board, Ms. Moore has a paper copy in the Student Center.

We are doing Senior Highlights in our yearbook!

Let’s keep it fun, creative, and school-appropriate—thanks for helping us celebrate our seniors!
