Need shot record? Immunizations?

Shot Records:

Parents can print their child's immunization record from the Focus Parent Portal. Once logged in to Focus, click "My Child", then "Child Info" and click on "Medical-Immunizations" located on the far left menu. To print it, click the printer icon located on the upper right corner.

Immunization requirements for 7th Grade:

Texas mandates that all incoming 7th graders have a Tdap (tetanus booster) and a Meningococcal (Meningitis) vaccine. These shots are required to begin the 2020-2021 school year in August. If your child has already received the shots, please turn in the record to the school nurses. Shot records can be emailed to the nurses, uploaded to Focus during registration, or brought to the school in August. If you have any questions about the immunization status of your student, please email the nurses.

Strike Middle School shot records can be emailed to Nurse Ella Decote at mdecote@littleelmisd.net.

Walker Middle School shot records can be emailed to Nurse April Harpold at aharpold@littleelmisd.net.

Summer Hours

LEISD Summer hours will begin this Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Summer Hours are 7:30 - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. In addition, the District will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day and the following Friday's: May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17, and July 24.

Summer School 2020

LEISD's 2020 Summer School session will be offered online this year due to continued school closures from COVID-19, coronavirus. Summer school is only for LEHS students who are needing credit recovery and Pre-K and Kinder Bilingual/ESL students. Invitations will be sent to qualifying students. Free Summer Meals

Full Filled Project will serve Summer Meals at Brent Elementary and Little Elm High School. They will serve from Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, August 6. Every Tuesday & Thursday starting at 12:00 p.m. Visit summerfood.org for more information.

Chromebook Update

All students will keep their Chromebooks devices for the duration of the summer. We are scheduled to return on time for the 2020-2021 school year. However, if there is change in the start date, students will already have their Chromebooks for continuous at home learning. If you plan to move out of district, please contact your zoned campus to make arrangements to turn-in.

LEISD is collecting information about how you accessed the At-Home Learning plans we provided to our students in the spring. We want to have a better understanding of the needs of our community. LEISD Plans to Use Community Chosen 2020-2021 School Calendar for Next School Year

Recently, the Texas Education Agency released an optional academic calendar suggesting students could return to school two weeks earlier for the 2020-2021 school year. Athletic Booster Clubs

With the opening of our two new middle schools, we will have to create two new Athletic Booster Clubs for Strike and Walker Middle School. We are currently creating new board positions for each campus. If you are interested in serving, please send an email to Christi Clay at lmsabcpresident@gmail.com.

Join Walker or Strike PTA

With the opening of our two new middle schools quickly approaching, we are beginning the process of creating new PTAs for Walker and Strike Middle School. If you are interested in assisting in this process, would like to join either PTA, or volunteer for a board position, please select and complete the Google Form.

Report Harmful, Harassing, and Bullying Behavior

LEISD on-line tool called "Anonymous Alerts" that students, parents and teachers can use to report harmful, harassing, and bullying type behaviors. All reports remain completely anonymous, although submitters have the option to reveal their identity.
