• Silent Auction (online, items in the library) – Fundraiser for Eagle and starter funds for Trailside, closes at 7 pm

Required payment method for auction items: credit card (2.9% plus $0.30)

• Food Truck (in the bus lot) - 5 - 7:30 pm from Mad Max Smokehouse
• Games and Face Painting (in the art room and gym) - 6 - 8 pm
• Cake Walks (in the cafeteria) - 6 pm until the cakes are gone
• S’mores (near the basketball court) – 6 pm until supplies are gone
• Concessions (back hallway) – snacks and grab bags, sold by 3rd and 4th graders
• Game with a Teacher (in the bus lot) – voting ends at 8 pm, Silly Game to follow!!

Extravaganza is free to attend but tickets are required for all games and events. Food truck items are for purchase in addition to tickets.

Who can attend? Anyone! Eagle families, parents, neighbors, plus past and future Eagle students.

Every dollar from Extravaganza goes right back to Eagle, and this year, the Eagle PTO will be donating a starter fund to Trailside Elementary, to fund things like:

• Library renovation

• Playground Equipment

• Teacher requested classroom funding

• Field trip transportation

• Online student directory

• Student Enrichment Clubs

• Back to school and newcomer’s events

• Library materials, books and resources

• Professional development needs

• School Play

• Teacher Appreciation Week materials

Admission is free – tickets are 20 for $10

1 ticket = most games in the gym, each Teacher vote

2 tickets = face painting, tattoos, some concessions

3 tickets = turn at the cake walk, some concessions, s’mores supplies

4 tickets = a grab bag

Eagle Silent Auction – until 7 pm (Eagle Elementary Library and online)

Bid big to help our school (and Trailside)! All bidding is via a mobile app; you do not need to be present to bid or win. Items can be viewed in person at Extravaganza and in the app.

Items have been donated by Eagle families and businesses, and also include artwork from each Eagle classroom.

Required payment method for auction items: credit card (2.9% plus $0.30)

Auction check out beginning at 7pm via the Gala Bid app, ($0.30 2.9% fee added to each transaction) and pick up items beginning at 7:30 in the library. For those bidding remotely or leaving early, pickup may be done at the school front desk after Extravaganza, after payment is received.

Look for a School Messenger link to the auction the week of Extravaganza.

No time for dinner? Come grab Mad Max Smokehouse before or during your time at Extravaganza. The food truck will be parked by the playground, at the end of the bus lot. An outdoor movie will be playing to entertain your family while you enjoy your dinner.

S’mores – 6 to 8 pm or until they’re gone

Come warm your toes and toast a marshmallow by the campfire near the basketball court, or give the basketball toss game a try. Dress for the weather and enjoy the playground too!

Eagle 3rd and 4th graders will sell snacks and grab bags in the 4th grade hallway until they’re gone.

Use tickets to play games and vote for a Teacher until 8 pm. A lucky winner will get to play a game with a Teacher!

Cake Walks (Cafeteria) 6 pm until cakes are gone

If you signed up to donate a store bought or homemade item for the cake walk please bring it to the front office 2 – 3:30 pm on Thursday and before 5 pm on Friday. Please prepackage home baked cookies in groups of one dozen, and cupcakes and brownies to six per package. Store bought items welcome!
