MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Students and Families,

Students have been working hard to finish up the third quarter of the school year. Teachers have been busy grading for quarter 3 and planning for quarter 4. Grades will be posted later this week and can be viewed on ParentVue. Report cards will also be mailed home.

Tomorrow we begin the last quarter of the school year and I know there is a sense of uncertainty right now as the district works through the calendar changes due to the approved furlough days for the remainder of the school year. This will have a significant impact on teachers, staff, and students. The new calendar states that there will be no school on Friday, May 1st and the last day of school for 9th - 11th grades is now on Friday, June 5th. The last day for seniors is still Thursday, May 28th.

Seniors picked up their graduation caps and gowns last week! We are so proud of all of you! Please reach out to your counselor or administrator if you have any questions or need anything during your last quarter of high school.

Have a wonderful sunny day.

Dr. Z

NEW: Community Needs Info Gathering

A group of parent and staff volunteers are working to identify the most urgent needs facing Franklin students and families in order to prioritize supports we can offer. Students will be receiving a form in their English classes this week that they can fill out and turn in to any Franklin adult they trust. If this sounds like something that your family could use, please check in with your student about turning in this form. Thank you!
