Don't Forget: Every Day is a Data Day!

There is not a day that goes by that you are not doing something wonderful and note worthy. Whether its a home visit, phone call, activity, or meeting, it is data worth tracking! In order to build a high impact data driven culture and meet our deadlines, let work together to set aside 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week to input your data. See the plan below to help us catch up to speed.

How We Work Together

We've gotten off to a great start! During pre-service, we created norms and discussed core values. Together, we set out to be intentional about our engagement with our students, schools, each other, and the work that we do. Below, are our "Intentional Culture Norms" in which we will operate and hold each other "able" to do. Thank you for your commitment in to working together as a collaborative team to Change the Picture!
