Mrs. Pierson’s Positivity Pit Stop
Hello, May!
We’ve officially made it to the home stretch of the school year—a time to reflect, celebrate, and truly enjoy the ride. The days are getting longer, the sunshine is sticking around, and there’s an extra spark of excitement in the air as summer gets closer.
Over the past several months, we’ve grown together in so many ways. From acts of kindness to creative learning and big milestones, each of you has helped make our school a place where everyone belongs and can succeed.
Our focus this month is “Enjoy the Ride.” It’s a simple reminder to slow down, be present, and take in these final moments of the year. There is so much to be proud of, and so many memories still to make.
Here are a few ways to enjoy the ride as we wrap things up:
🌟 Celebrate your accomplishments—every bit of effort matters
🌟 Stay connected—keep lifting each other up
🌟 Reflect with gratitude—think about how much you’ve learned and grown
🌟 Have fun—laugh, play, and enjoy these last days together
Thank you for being such an important part of our school community. Let’s finish the year strong, with positivity and celebration.
Here’s to a joyful May and a wonderful end to the school year!
Warmly,
Mrs. Pierson

Field Day is a fun, end-of-year celebration where students rotate through a variety of outdoor games and activities.
It’s a chance for kids to be active, work together, and enjoy time with their classmates while celebrating a great school year. At GBR, Field Day is all about bringing out our Golden Arrow spirit... cheering each other on, showing teamwork, and finishing the year strong. It’s a day filled with laughter, movement, and memories as we “enjoy the ride” together!
