Maple Run Emails Maple Run Emails

We want to make sure you’re getting emails from Maple Run.

The Vermont Agency of Education recently alerted school districts about cybersecurity incidents in Vermont. With increased phishing activity, we are also seeing some legitimate emails from Maple Run end up in spam or junk folders.

Please check your spam or junk folder for Maple Run emails. If you find a legitimate Maple Run message there, mark it “Not spam.” This helps future emails from us reach your inbox.

Please also be careful with unexpected emails, links, and attachments, even if they appear to come from someone you know. If something looks suspicious, don’t click on it or share personal, financial, or account information.

If you’re waiting for an important email from your school, teacher, or the District and don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Did you know the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled offers free audiobooks and braille books to students whose disabilities make reading print difficult?

Students can access books through the BARD app on a personal device or receive materials by mail, at no cost. There are no lending fees or charges for shipping.

This can be a great resource for students who benefit from listening to books at home or want to enjoy more books independently.

Attendance, Tardies & Early Dismissals Attendance, Tardies & Early Dismissals

Students arriving after 8:25 AM are considered tardy. Frequent absences or tardiness may require students to make up time.

Any changes to your child’s attendance must be reported to the school before 8:30 AM using the PickUp Patrol app. Questions? Email Michelle Dow satec-attendance@maplerun.org

This school year, SATEC will use BrightArrow Attendance Calls to notify families if a student is marked absent and we haven’t heard from you. As this is a new system, mistakes may happen – if you receive a call in error, please contact Michelle Dow to clarify by emailing satec-attendance@maplerun.org or by calling (802) 752-2600.
