Principal Message:

Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! We are so happy to be back with your children and look forward to our year together. We welcome all families new to St. Augustine and look forward to working in partnership with you. This week our staff are helping your children settle into their new classes and routines. Our staff is working to create a welcoming, caring, respectful and safe environment for all. This year our Division theme is "Rooted in Joy". We look forward to a year of deepening our connection to God, supporting one another as a school community, and finding joy in the everyday moments that help us learn, grow, and thrive.

Please see our complete staff list below. We are very excited for the supports and programming we will be able to offer your children. On Wednesday, September 16 at 5:15 p.m. we will be hosting a Meet-the-Teacher BBQ & School Council AGM. Our amazing Parent Council is sponsoring the BBQ so cost per family is kept to a minimum ($3/person for a burger, chips & drink). Students are bringing home a note about the BBQ today. Please fill out the form and send it back to school with exact cash. We will need to know how many burgers to order.

We hope you will be joining us to meet your child's teacher and learn about our school programming, as well as information about our Parent Council. We are looking forward to sharing all we have in place for a successful school year.

We invite all parents to attend our Parent Council meetings throughout the year. These meetings are a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another and support our school activities.
