Week of November 11th, 2024

Dear Bryan Middle School Families,

As we move through November, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible support and dedication that makes Bryan Middle School such a special place. This is a time of year to express gratitude, and I am grateful for our resilient students, our hard-working staff, and the supportive families who make up our Bears community.

In this newsletter, you'll find important updates, including our way of honoring veterans, celebrating our "No Miss November" attendance challenge, and reminders about upcoming breaks.

Thank you for all you do to help our students succeed. Let’s keep the momentum going as we head into the holiday season!

Warm regards,
Mr. Karmazin
Principal, Bryan Middle School

Thank You, Veterans!

November 11 is Veterans Day. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the veterans in our Bryan Middle School community and beyond. Your sacrifices, dedication, and service inspire us all, and we honor your commitment to protecting our freedoms. Thank you for your bravery and service.

Upcoming No-School Days

Please remember that there will be no school the week of November 25 as we break for Thanksgiving. This is a perfect opportunity for students and families to enjoy quality time together, recharge, and return refreshed for the final stretch of the semester.

No Miss November!

November is all about showing up for success! During our "No Miss November" initiative, we are celebrating students who commit to being present and engaged every single day. Any student with zero missed instructional minutes this month will be invited to a special Nacho Party on December 2 to celebrate their dedication. Attendance is key to academic achievement, and we’re thrilled to recognize our students who are making every minute count!

Stay Academically Focused

With the holiday season approaching, it's easy to get distracted. We encourage all students to stay focused on their academic goals and to continue making strides toward their personal best. Parents, your support and encouragement are crucial to helping our students stay on track. Let’s make this month a time of growth, gratitude, and academic commitment!

Thank you for your continued partnership in making Bryan Middle School a place where students thrive. We wish you all a safe and joyful November!
