• 🎃 October 2, 2025 – PTC Meeting (3:30–4:30 PM)
  Join us as we plan our Harvest Carnival happening on October 31, 2025!

• 🍩 Donuts with Dads 🍩
  Dads and dad figures are invited to join us for a special celebration designed to bring fathers, father figures, and students together to enjoy quality time, build community, and honor the important role you play in our children’s lives.

  📅 Event Dates:

  • Pre-K – 2nd Grade: Tuesday, October 7, 2025

  • 3rd – 6th Grade: Wednesday, October 8, 2025

  📍 Location: School Cafeteria

  👉 Please keep an eye out for the official invite and RSVP form. RSVPs are required so we can be sure to have enough food for everyone.

  ✨ Important Details:

  • This event is for dads and dad figures only.

  • Each student may invite up to two guests.

  • This event will take place in the cafeteria—guests will not be entering classrooms.

  • As a reminder, we celebrate moms and mom figures in May with Muffins with Moms!

  ⚽🏀 In addition, we will have volunteer sign-ups available for dads and dad figures who would like to join our students during recess once a month (or more!). Come play basketball, football, soccer, or simply spend time being a positive role model for our kids.

  We can’t wait to celebrate you and all that you do!

On Monday, October 6th, 2025, volunteers from the Lion’s Club will be at Amy Biehl to conduct vision screenings on all Pre-K, kindergarten, and 1st-grade students. Following this, I will be conducting hearing screenings for those same grade levels, as well as a vision and hearing screening for all 3rd grade students. If you would like to opt your student out of the vision and hearing screenings, please reach out to me at elgoodman@sfps.k12.nm.us
