Principal's Weekly Update
Week of April 28- May 2
Administrator's Message 🐾
Dear Wildcat Families,
With less than 30 days of school left, we are in the last stretch of the school year. The current grading period ended on Friday, and progress report grades will be available in Aeries this week. A post will be made on ParentSquare once they're ready for you to view. Please reach out to your child's teachers directly with questions about grades.
Our Dual Immersion program and leadership program have designed a spring spirit week for our school community to enjoy! We look forward to seeing our Wildcats dress up as we learn more about Latin/Hispanic culture throughout the week.

Celebrating Our Community's Diversity
The cities of Fairfield and Suisun City are two of the most diverse communities in California. To honor that diversity, each week FSUSD will be sharing information about the cultures that make up our extra special learning community.
May is Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPI Heritage Month). The effort to officially recognize Asian American and Pacific Islander contributions to the United States began in the late 1970s, and took over 10 years to make it a permanent month-long celebration.
AAPI Heritage Month is an annual celebration that recognizes the historical and cultural contributions of individuals and groups of Asian and Pacific Islander descent to the United States. The AAPI umbrella term includes cultures from the entire Asian continent—including East, Southeast and South Asia—and the Pacific Islands of Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia. As of 2019, there were about 22.9 million people of Asian or Pacific Islander descent in the United States
