School Hours
Welcome!
Tardy Bell: 8:45
Dismissal: 3:00
***Breakfast will not be served after the 8:45 bell!
2-Hour Delay Update - Doors will now open at 10:35 on 2 hour delay's instead of 10:25. This change is to accommodate the fact that there is no breakfast served on these days.
Important Information
Updated Procedures
Doors open at 8:25. No students should be dropped off and left unattended before the school doors open. Once students enter the building they may head to breakfast first and then to class. All students should be in their seats at 8:45 to refrain from being marked tardy. Students arriving late will not be served breakfast as they close the cafeteria at 8:45.
For arrival, please remember there is no parent drop-off at Door A (front of the building), unless you are needing to enter the office. All drop off students should enter through Door B in the morning.
While we love seeing our families, no parents are allowed to enter classrooms without first stopping in the office for a badge and proper check in. No adults should be entering the building with their students at Door B.
Please be advised that we started a new procedure for those being dropped off after the 8:45 bell.
ALL tardy/late drop off students will have to be walked in by an adult and signed in with the time of their arrival. No children should be dropped off out front and walking in the building alone. They should all be accompanied by an adult.
Outside Lunches! If you are bringing in a lunch for your student from a restaurant we ask that you please enjoy your lunch with your student in the front foyer.
ALL early pick up's will be required to sign their child out with the reason for their pick up and the time that they are picking their child up. This is a requirement for ANY pick up time before 3pm.
If there are any changes to your dismissal plan, you must call the office by 2:00 at the latest. Changes will not be guaranteed if you call after 2:00.
Dismissal is at 3:00 PM each day.
Thank you for helping us create a safe and smooth start and end to the school day!
Visitors and Volunteers
All visitors and volunteers must check in with the office when entering the building. You will be REQUIRED to show your ID and have it scanned for a visitors badge. If you do not have your ID to be scanned and/or do not have a background check on file you will not be permitted past the office.
When submitting a new volunteer form, please fill out the required paperwork and bring your driver's license to the front office to scan through our Raptor system.
No parents/visitors are allowed to walk their students to their classrooms in the morning without being checked in at the office and a call is made to the classroom to confirm with the teacher.
If you want to visit your child's classroom, you must give your child's teacher 24 hours notice and have a background check on file with the district.
Thank you for helping us ensure the safety of ALL students and for your understanding!

Weather Update
As the weather starts changing we would like to remind everyone of our outdoor recess guidelines. Our students do go outdoors for recess in the cold. Now is the season to bring hats, gloves and winter coats. Our district guidelines state that we have outdoor recess unless the the temp is below 15degrees with the windchill.
Notes from Nurse Eva
Reminder, please return the mobile dentist forms that were sent home for your child to see the dentists, Dentist will be here April 21 and 22. Thank you
All 5th grade students will need 2 immunizations prior to entering the 6th grade, the Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap) and the Meningococcal (MCV4). Please make this appointment early as appointments start filling up during the summer months, especially at the Health Department. You can also get these immunizations at local pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc) but call ahead to make sure they have the vaccine. The 2 immunizations are due prior to starting 6th grade. Thank you.
