Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Initiative Returns

Thank you again to the Amherst Rotary Club for the Kindergarten Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Initiative funds!

We will have 2 more FFVI Dates for this school year for students to be offered exposure to try fruits and vegetables:

April 24th:

Snack - Orange Slices

Try It - Raspberries

May 15th:

Snack - Apple Slices

Try It - Cucumber Slices

Parking Lot Update

We added 25 parking spaces to our main parking lot!

We know that with a school as large as Powers that parking comes at a premium. Our facilities team has added 25 spots on the back of the main parking lot. We encourage people to use these spaces, especially during our preschool drop off and pick up times. Thanks for demonstrating kindness and following posted signs to keep our parking lot a safe place for everyone. Please remember to never send a child across the parking lot unattended and model safe crossing habits by always using the crosswalk... especially when busses are in the parking lot.
