As part of our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we are excited to invite our students to participate in Hispanic Heritage Attire Appreciation Days on Friday, October 9, 2026 and Friday, October 16, 2026.
Students are encouraged to showcase and celebrate Hispanic heritage by wearing traditional or culturally representative attire from a Hispanic country or region. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn about, appreciate, and celebrate the diverse cultures, traditions, and contributions of the Hispanic community.
We encourage families to make this a meaningful and joyful experience for our students. Participation is completely encouraged, but not required.
Thank you for helping us celebrate the rich cultural heritage represented within our STA community!

The Great ShakeOut is an opportunity for our students and staff to practice important earthquake safety procedures. During the drill, students and staff will practice the “Drop, Cover, and Hold On” safety response and review our school’s emergency procedures.
These drills are an important part of keeping our students and staff prepared and safe in the event of an actual earthquake.
We appreciate your support as we continue to prepare our school community for emergencies.
Thank you for helping us keep our Eagles safe!

10/23/26 Harvest Festival
Hello STA Families,
Our Harvest Festival is coming up, and we wanted to share some information about our presale, donations, and volunteer opportunities!
Harvest Festival Presale
Presale is available only for alcoholic drinks and food plates. If you’d like to take advantage of the discounted pricing, please use the link below to place your order. Presale orders will be invoiced through FACTS.
A few things to keep in mind:
- The presale link will be available until dismissal on Wednesday, 10/21.
- Families who purchase through presale will be able to pick up their tickets at our designated presale booth on the day of the event.
- Tickets will not be sent home with students to avoid them getting lost. All presale tickets will be available for pickup at the event.
- Feel free to share the presale link with friends and family who will be attending!
Ordering through presale is a great way to save a little money and save time by avoiding the longer lines at the festival.
