Do I need to keep my child off school?

As we find ourselves in the festive season, I am delighted to share with you the vibrant atmosphere that has enveloped our school community. The joyous sound of our pupils singing carols in the barn has truly captured the spirit of the season, bringing warmth and cheer to all who have had the pleasure of hearing them.

The enthusiasm with which our children have embraced the carol singing has been particularly noteworthy. Their enjoyment is palpable, and it serves as a reminder of the importance of music and tradition in our educational journey.

Please find our Christmas dates on the link below. Thank you.

Looking ahead, we are looking ahead to the Class 1 Nativity.

This promises to be a delightful showcase of our youngest pupils' talents and hard work.

FOSS will be there with mince pies and warm drinks. We'd love to see you there.

Please follow the link.

Our recent Celebration Collective Worship was exceptionally well-attended, a testament to the strong bonds within our school family. It was heartening to witness the breadth of achievements across our school, reflecting the diverse talents and effort of our pupils.

Thank you to all who were able to attend and as always to our hard-working, dedicated pupils.

Thanks to the members of FOSS and staff who gave up time last week to help run a tombola stall at Sledmere Christmas Fair.

Did you make it to the Angel Festival in Wetwang Church at the weekend?

Pupils from across school decorated angels which were displayed throughout the church.

Thanks to Revd. Jacki and all at the church for organising.
