President's Message

Dear ATA Members,

As we head into the holiday season and the close of another busy year, I want to take a moment to thank you for everything you do—every day, often without recognition, and always with students at the center of your work.

This year has come with its share of challenges, changes, and difficult conversations. Through it all, you have shown professionalism, care for one another, and a deep commitment to your classrooms and school communities. Our union is only as strong as its members, and I continue to be inspired by the dedication, honesty, and solidarity you bring to this work.

I hope the coming weeks offer you some well-deserved rest, time with loved ones, and space to recharge. Whether your break is quiet or full, may it bring you moments of peace and joy.

Thank you for standing together, for supporting one another, and for the work you do on behalf of students and colleagues alike. I look forward to continuing our work together in the new year.

Wishing you a restful holiday season and a healthy, hopeful start to 2026.
