North Little Rock School District

The North Little Rock School District has created a survey to get input about future building projects. This survey will be open until November 14, 2023.

Thank you for being a part of our community!

November is Parent & Family Engagement Month. Here in the North Little Rock School District, parents are urged to volunteer in our schools, as research shows that students are positively impacted when their parents are a part of their academic success.

But you do not have to be a parent to be involved in our schools. We welcome any adult who is student-focused to come to our schools. We hope this video will serve as a clarion call to get involved.

You can begin the process by reaching out to the Office of Parent and Family Engagement and completing a background check at this link: https://nlrsd.info/3QEaBkN

"It takes a whole entire village to raise a child." African proverb

What a tremendous honor to recognize Lakewood Elementary School this week for moving up a letter grade, earning a "B." The letter grade is based largely on results from last spring's ACT Aspire exam.

We're so proud of the students, staff, families, and community for all of their work to make this happen!

You're cordially invited to a "Winter Wonderland" event, which is being organized by district administrators and staff. This will take place on December 14, 2023. Come by and enjoy the holiday season with us!

The North Little Rock School District would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to all of the veterans. We cannot say thank you enough for the tremendous sacrifices that you have made to protect our freedoms.

You are appreciated!
