Sports Physicals Information
**2026 - 2027 School Year**
I just wanted to help provide some low-cost options for obtaining a sports physical. Most of these options do not require an appointment. Please see your county info below.
You can also look at your local CVS locations that have a MinuteClinic ($35 - $70) or any Urgent Care Clinic ($20 - $25). They also do sports physicals. Local Urgent Care Centers are Walk-In Friendly.
Please note, this is a STATE REQUIRMENT if you child would like to participate in any sport. They are good for one calendar year, and MUST be uploaded to the students sports registration portal PRIOR to the day of the tryout.

**HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY**
Hillsborough D.O.H. does not provide sports physical services. Please contact your local pediatrician, CVS MinuteClinic, or Urgent Care Centers. Urgent Care Centers are cost-effective and are walk-in friendly.
