We are pleased to announce that the board has approved the Academic Calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. The calendar can now be viewed and downloaded using the link below.

Please note that no decisions have been made regarding the school day schedule at this time. We will keep you updated and inform you as soon as any decisions are finalized.

If you haven’t already, please take a moment to complete the School Start Time Survey, which was sent on Friday, January 31, and will close at 9:00 AM on Monday, February 10. Your feedback is important in helping us shape the schedule for next year.

The PTO would like to thank all the Elementary and Middle School students and their families who attended the Community Skate Nights at Cheap Skate. Proceeds from the online ticket sales amounted to approximately $580! Remember, every time you skate at Cheap Skate on a Tuesday and mention “DaVinci Academy,” the PTO will earn 15% of admission sales.

Calling all pizza lovers! Pizza Hut in Blaine (1351 113th Ave NE) will once again sponsor February's DaVinner. The event will take place on Thursday, February 20, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM The PTO will receive 20% of all profits to support teachers and staff and fund future PTO-sponsored events.

Mark your calendars! The PTO has many great events scheduled this spring, including:

• Gerten’s Spring Annual and Perennial Fundraiser – Online orders begin soon, so watch for more details. Plants will be delivered on May 5, just in time for Mother’s Day!
• Middle School Party “A Blast from the Past” – Friday, April 4, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at DaVinci.
• The End of the Year Carnival – Friday, June 6, from 6 PM to 8 PM at DaVinci.

Join us for our next PTO public meeting on February 24, at 4:30 PM in Ms. Severson's room (#304). Discover all the exciting details about what we have planned for the rest of the school year and how you can get involved with our next big event. Winter weather is here! Please remember to send your child to school with a warm jacket, hat, and gloves (labeled with their name) when cooler temperatures are in the forecast. Our students go outside daily, and we want everyone to stay cozy and comfortable. Be sure to check the forecast each morning to help your child dress appropriately for the day.
