Dear MGA Families,
Thank you for the outpouring of support and kindness this week. Sharing the news that this will be my final year at MGA was emotional, and it reminded me once again of what makes this community so special. MGA is not just a school. It is a place built on strong relationships, shared purpose, and a deep commitment to our children.
Our teachers are extraordinary. Every day they bring skill, heart, and unwavering dedication to their work. They care for students as whole children academically, socially, and emotionally, and they do so with professionalism and love. Our students continue to amaze me with their curiosity, resilience, and joy. They are the reason this work matters so deeply.
And our families. You are the concrete of this foundation. Your partnership, your trust, and your willingness to work alongside us have shaped MGA into a high functioning and student-centered community. Everything we have accomplished has been possible because we have done it together.
While I am excited for the next chapter and confident that the new principal will lead MGA into an incredible future, I want to be clear that we still have important weeks ahead of us. There is much to learn, much to celebrate, and much to finish. I remain fully committed to our students, our staff, and our families as we close out this school year with strength and unity.
Thank you for being the heart of this community. Let us continue to work together so our students finish the year proud, confident, and ready for what comes next.
