3rd grade students enjoyed an exciting visit to the Red Mill Museum Village in Clinton, New Jersey! Students explored the 10-acre open-air museum and learned about the social, agricultural, and industrial heritage of a bygone era. It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience filled with history, discovery, and fun!

🌟 Exciting news for our 3rd grade teachers! Thanks to a generous gift from the Washington Rotary Club, they received Scholastic gift cards to purchase class sets of books! 📚✨ This initiative supports our students in becoming curious readers and creative thinkers, aligning with the club's commitment to adapting educational resources for today's tech-savvy kids. Mansfield students played social chess with students from six of the WCCSE districts at this week’s Warren County Consortium gathering. New Jersey author Valerie Munro read from her chess-themed novels for young readers and shared her research on the history of chess.
