It's Time for Express Check-In!
Hello, Renaissance Secondary Families,
It's time for Express Check-In for the 2025-2026 school year. Express Check-In is the Douglas County School District’s online system for updating household information, signing district forms, selecting school fees, and more—all in one convenient place.
This year, to reduce system overload, each school has been assigned its own launch date. Renaissance Secondary School's Express Check-In date is July 22.
Steps to Complete Express Check-In:
Complete the DCSD Express Check-In online forms. Use your parent login to access the system.
Fill out the Renaissance-specific forms linked at the end of the DCSD process. Tip: Open each form in a new tab so you don’t lose your place.
Pay school fees through MySchoolBucks.
Be sure to complete all steps before the first day of school on August 14.

School Fees Payment
Renaissance Secondary’s unique and innovative programming requires additional funding through annual student fees. To support this, Renaissance collects a one-time flat fee of $1,200 per student each year. These contributions help cover the costs of Adventure Education, fieldwork, technology, transportation, books, and other essential program elements.
Fees are due in full on the first day of school, August 14, and are paid through MySchoolBucks. If this fee or the August 14 deadline presents a financial hardship for your family, please email info@rensec.org to set up a payment plan or request a waiver.

These are private spaces for Renaissance parents and guardians to stay connected and informed. Use the links below to request access — you’ll be asked to answer a few quick questions before an admin approves your membership.
