Back-to-School Health & Wellness Checklist for Families

As we prepare for another exciting school year, Campbell County Public Schools is committed to helping every student begin the year healthy, safe, and ready to learn. Our Back-to-School Health & Wellness Checklist provides families with simple reminders to review and complete before the first day of school.

The checklist includes important health and wellness recommendations, such as scheduling annual health appointments, making sure required immunizations are current, submitting medication forms, establishing healthy sleep routines, practicing good hygiene, supporting your child’s mental wellness, and preparing for a successful return to school.

Taking a few moments to review the checklist can help prevent delays, support your child’s health, and make sure they have what they need for a great start to the school year.

Please contact your child’s school nurse with questions about health needs, medications, immunizations, or required medical forms. We look forward to partnering with you for a healthy, safe, and successful school year!
