FUNDRAISING EFFORTS
Concession Stands Volunteers Needed
We have signed up to run a few concession shifts, to help the team earn extra $$$
This is just a quick reminder that students SHOULD work at least one concessions shift, but we really need to make sure we have a parent signed up for each one. Cindy Thompson is happy to support folks who haven't done it before
Here are a few things that might help you feel comfortable signing up:
- The adult's job is primarily handling money - the students will usually manage most of the food service and cleanup, though you'll need to supervise!
- There is a really straightforward guide to running concessions, they're working on creating videos if you prefer that, and we will also send detailed information the week of the event. (Again, If you have any questions, Cindy is available, as are the Eagle Club folks)
