We are so excited to welcome our students back! Here is everything you need to know about drop-off, entry, and morning festivities for the first day of school:

Playlot Celebration & Timeline

  • 7:30 AM | Playlot Opens: For the first day only, the playlot will open early. All families are welcome to gather, mingle, and take photos. Bring everyone! This is a kick-off celebration!

  • 7:45 AM | Ringing of the Bells: Just like midnight on New Year's Eve, we will ring the bells at 7:45 AM to kick off the new school year! Please ensure all photos are taken before 7:45 AM.

  • 7:45 AM | Student Entry: Staff will begin escorting students into the building (Middle grades first, followed by Intermediate, then Primary).

  • After Entry | Family Coffee&: Stick around! Once students are inside, enjoy complimentary coffee and treats on the playlot, generously sponsored by The Eagle Alliance Movement.

Important Entry Rules for Parents We know this is a momentous day and deeply appreciate your cooperation in helping drop-off run smoothly:

  • No parents are permitted inside the school building on the first day.

  • Parking can be limited. Please do not park directly in front of the school, that is for busses only!

  • If you need to visit the main office, you must enter exclusively through the Main Entrance, not through the playlot or student entry doors.

Let's make it a fantastic first day!

Access Guidelines

  • Primary Contacts: One parent or guardian per family automatically receives access based on the contact information in our Student Information System.

  • Adding a Second Parent: If you would like to grant access to a second parent or legal guardian, please complete this form.

Important Restriction TalkingPoints is strictly reserved for primary parents and legal guardians. Please do not request access for extended family members or caregivers (such as grandparents, nannies, aunts, or uncles).

Thank you for helping us keep our communication direct, secure, and efficient!

After Care--Important changes! After Care--Important changes!
