The Weekly Hoot

Where is the snow? Wouldn’t it be nice to get a 36" snowfall? If this is winter, it’s time to get buried!
Temple Families, as a reminder, we will hold our first committee meeting for the One School, One Book program on January 27, 2026, at 3:30 PM. We are looking for parent volunteers to help plan and prepare for all the fun this program brings. We would love to have you join us!
There are a few pieces of important information below. Enjoy the scroll. :)
Have a wonderful, long weekend.

Assessments: This January we have begun our mid-year assessments. During this time, all grades except kindergarten will be taking the NWEA in reading and math. Students also will be doing Aimsweb screeners and grades K-3 will do a second round of the NH 's required dyslexia screener. All of the results will be shared with you before February vacation.
Donors Choose: Mrs. Bruns submitted a proposal for some science/STEM materials and supplies a few months ago and the project was fully funded through the Donors Choose program! She is excited to have some additional hands-on science projects to enhance her program including electrical circuits, clear composting, magnets, human body, microscopes and life cycle.
