Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! We’re excited to kick things off and look forward to a great year together.

Freshmen Orientation will be at JAHS in the auditeria from 6:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, August 12th.

Dear JAHS Families,

Good afternoon! As we prepare for the 2025–2026 school year, we want to share an important update about a new traffic pattern at the high school. This change is designed to improve safety for all students, staff, and families. Updated signage and pavement markings will help guide traffic during the transition.

Student Arrival

• North Entrance: Go west until you reach the back of the parking lot then follow the white arrows on the ride side of the yellow dotted line along the back drive, then turn left near the tennis courts to enter the student lot.

• South Entrance: Continue west and turn right directly into the student lot.

• Senior Lot: Must be accessed from the south entrance, using the second entrance into the lot.

• Northbound: Cars going north will need to follow the yellow dotted line going north and not pass over the yellow crosswalk area. Line up along the yellow dotted line in back; wait until buses have left.

• Southbound: Cars going southbound will follow the same pattern as previous years making sure to not drive north and cross over the yellow crosswalk area to go and get in line.
