Superintendent Update: March 2025
As we welcome the first signs of spring in March, we're also celebrating the growth and progress of our students at SAU 88. We're dedicated to creating environments where all students and families feel supported. Every child in our schools is respected, valued, and empowered to succeed in a safe and nurturing space. Lebanon’s schools are not just places of learning, but also hubs of connection and opportunity, where every student has a place to blossom. This happens at all of our schools whether it’s 100-day celebrations at Hanover Street and Mount Lebanon elementary schools , a wonderful winter carnival at LMS, or an environmental exchange program between students from Lebanon High School and the Fajardo Academy in Puerto Rico. Thanks to everyone for being an essential part of our community.
In partnership,
Amy Allen

STAFF SHOUTOUT!
“I'd like to nominate the maintenance guys for doing an excellent job with winter snow operations, heating, and tackling various projects around the district. They've been working very well together and are always willing to help and see difficult problems through to solutions.” Thank you maintenance staff!

STUDENT SHOUTOUTS!
Lebanon High School’s Annie Hanna earned a coveted spot on the U.S. Ski Team's U18 Nordic skiers in the nation to compete in Norway as part of the Scando Cup. Annie had impressive performances in her three races. In the National Championship race, she placed 27th overall in the U23 category—finishing as the top American—while competing against much older athletes. She capped off her racing with a remarkable result in the Junior National Sprint qualifier, finishing 4th overall and once again as the fastest American.
Annie will be on the road again soon, this time with her sister Ollie, a sophomore, who also qualified to race at the US Junior National Championships in Utah in March.
