Beauty, Confidence and Creativity: Empowering Future Cosmetologists
In the Cosmetology Tiger Time Club, students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade will be introduced to the exciting world of cosmetology through fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities. Students will learn what cosmetology is and explore different careers in the beauty industry. They will learn the importance of safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, keeping their workstations clean, and properly using cosmetology tools and products. Throughout the club, students will explore hair care, different hair types and textures, sectioning, parting, braiding, twisting, and basic hairstyling techniques. They will also learn about nail care, manicures, nail shapes, polish application, nail art, and basic skin-care practices. Students will have opportunities to express their creativity while developing teamwork, communication, responsibility, organization, confidence, and professionalism.
Thank you for allowing your student to participate in the Cosmetology Tiger Time Club! I am excited to provide our students with a fun and positive environment where they can learn new skills, express their creativity, and explore the world of cosmetology.
Donations are greatly appreciated! 💕 Donations will help provide cosmetology supplies and materials for our students to use during hands-on activities throughout the club. Every contribution, big or small, helps us create a wonderful learning experience for our students.
