Principal's Message: Ms. Montes
Happy New Year, Comet Families! We hope you enjoyed a restful and joyful winter break and that your family returned safely and refreshed. It has been wonderful welcoming our students back to campus and seeing their excitement as they reconnected with classmates and teachers.
Our students returned eager to learn, and this is a direct reflection of the positive, welcoming environment our staff works hard to create each day. We are proud of the strong culture of learning and belonging that continues to grow on our campus.
We also celebrated our Comets who earned perfect attendance during the second nine-week grading period. Students were excited to be recognized and received a beanie as an incentive—just in time for the colder weather! Celebrations like these help reinforce the importance of showing up every day and taking pride in their commitment to school.
We kindly ask for your continued support in encouraging daily attendance. Being present at school each day is critical for academic success and allows students to build strong relationships with their peers and teachers. Every day truly matters.
Thank you for your partnership and ongoing support. We look forward to a successful second semester filled with growth, learning, and many opportunities to celebrate our Comets.
