KidCare Newsletter October Edition

• Families will have the opportunity to request schedule changes on November 21st. A Google Form will be included in the November Newsletter where you may request changes to:

• AM or PM sessions

• The days your student attends

• Express or Regular options

• Please note that schedule changes are separate from unenrolling from the program. You may unenroll at any time by contacting me via email.

• Half Day – Thursday, October 16th: KidCare is only available for students enrolled in the Half Day Program (spots are no longer available). If your student is not enrolled, there is no KidCare on this day (AM KidCare is still running on this day and is not effected by the half day)
• No School: Thursday, October 2nd, and Friday, October 17th — therefore no KidCare.
• Attendance Tracking: Coordinators track student arrival and departure times. Please note:
• If your student is signed up for AM Express but arrives before 7:50, you will be charged the Regular rate.

• If your student is signed up for PM Express but is picked up after 4:10, you will be charged the Regular rate.

• Payments are due on the 15th of each month (or the closest business day).

• Invoices are sent on the 1st (or the closest business day).

• You will still receive an invoice if you are enrolled in automatic payments, so you will see what will be charged on the 15th.

• If you had automatic payments last year and would like to continue, a new form must be completed for this year. Forms can be emailed to me or dropped off at your school’s front office.
