As we work our way through the second semester, I want to encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review your reimbursements in the OLS. This will ensure that you are aware of anything that you have submitted that we are waiting on paperwork for 📄.

If you see a reimbursement listed with no notes next to it indicating that it has been printed or that it is waiting for a receipt, please reach out to our Business Manager, Mylise Johnson, to follow up.

This is a great new feature of our OLS — you can view submitted reimbursements and see where they are in the process or identify items that have already been processed ✔️. Just open your child's packet and go to the "Goods and Services" tab to see the list.

In other news, as you think about next year, returning families can begin purchasing curriculum and supplies on or after July 1st, as long as you have completed online registration (which opens in late April).

You can reach out to your sponsor teacher this spring to plan for next year's first semester so that you are ready to go on July 1st with ordering.

Additionally, because sponsor teachers are parent choice here at FPCS, if you are thinking about switching sponsors, you should go online and review the teachers' bios to see who you might want to switch to and then reach out to that teacher directly. Once you have completed online registration for next year (opening in April), if you mutually agree to the switch with the new sponsor, the teacher will notify us so we can update the internal enrollment document.

Dear Parents,

We would like to share a quick tip to help your reimbursement requests move through the process smoothly.

When uploading documents through the Goods & Services tab, please make sure to follow the guidelines. Please follow those three steps.

STEP 1: Click the blue document icon in the “Actions” column

STEP 2: Click "Add Files" and upload your documents.

STEP 3: Once the file is uploaded, check the box to the right of the file and then click "Send".
