Dear Beneke Families,

As we wrap up the final weeks of the school year, we want to take a moment to thank our entire school community for helping make this year’s Field Day such a tremendous success! Friday was filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and school spirit, and our students had an amazing time creating memories with their classmates and teachers.

We are incredibly thankful for all of our parent volunteers who gave their time and energy to help throughout the day. Your support made a huge difference and helped ensure that everything ran smoothly for our students. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the parents and families who gave extra donations at the concession stand so that every student could enjoy Field Day treats and activities. Your generosity and kindness truly reflect the strength of our school community.

A very special thank you goes to Coach Sides and Mrs. Hanna for the incredible planning, preparation, and organization that went into making Field Day such a successful and enjoyable event for everyone involved. Their hard work and dedication helped create a day our students will remember for years to come.

As we head into the final days of the school year, we encourage all families to continue making attendance a high priority. Every school day matters, and we want all students present and engaged as we finish the year strong together. There are still many important learning opportunities, celebrations, and end-of-year activities ahead, and we want every student to be part of these special moments.

Thank you for your continued partnership, encouragement, and support throughout the school year. Together, we can make these final weeks meaningful, successful, and memorable for all of our students!

Mientras nos acercamos a las últimas semanas del año escolar, queremos tomar un momento para agradecer a toda nuestra comunidad escolar por ayudar a que el Día de Campo de este año fuera un gran éxito. El viernes estuvo lleno de diversión, risas, trabajo en equipo y espíritu escolar, y nuestros estudiantes disfrutaron muchísimo creando recuerdos especiales con sus compañeros y maestros.

Estamos increíblemente agradecidos con todos los padres voluntarios que dieron de su tiempo y energía para ayudar durante el evento. Su apoyo marcó una gran diferencia y ayudó a asegurar que todo se llevara a cabo sin problemas para nuestros estudiantes. También queremos extender un agradecimiento especial a los padres y familias que hicieron donaciones adicionales en el puesto de concesiones para que todos los estudiantes pudieran disfrutar de los antojitos y actividades del Día de Campo. Su generosidad y amabilidad reflejan verdaderamente la fortaleza de nuestra comunidad escolar.

Un agradecimiento muy especial para el Coach Sides y la Sra. Hanna por toda la increíble planeación, preparación y organización que hicieron posible un Día de Campo tan exitoso y divertido para todos. Su dedicación y esfuerzo ayudaron a crear un día que nuestros estudiantes recordarán por muchos años.

Mientras avanzamos hacia los últimos días del año escolar, les pedimos a todas las familias que continúen haciendo de la asistencia una alta prioridad. Cada día de clases es importante, y queremos que todos los estudiantes estén presentes y participando mientras terminamos el año con éxito. Todavía tenemos muchas oportunidades importantes de aprendizaje, celebraciones y actividades de fin de año, y queremos que todos nuestros estudiantes formen parte de estos momentos especiales.

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Según lo establecido en el Manual de Beneke Elementary, la hora límite para recoger a su hijo(a) es a las 2:45 p.m. Después de esta hora, no entregaremos a los estudiantes, ya que nuestro personal estará enfocado en prepararse para la salida.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

Todos los estudiantes que sean recogidos en automóvil deben ser recogidos a más tardar a las 3:45 p. m. La escuela llamará a los padres de los estudiantes que aún estén en el campus después de las 3:45 p. m. Al llegar, los padres deberán pasar por la oficina principal para firmar la salida del niño. Debe presentar su identificación para firmar la salida de su hijo después de las 3:45 p. m. La policía de Spring ISD y/o los Servicios de Protección Infantil serán contactados por cualquier niño que permanezca después de las 4:30 p. m. Los padres que lleguen después de las 4:00 p. m. en 3 o más ocasiones deberán encontrar una opción de transporte diferente.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
