Eight Hopkins High School Band students traveled to Calvin University earlier this month to participate in the 20th annual High School Honor Band. Kylie Williams, Perrin Anderson, Ezra Koperski, Kayden Allen, Maddy Johnson, Sophia Bockheim, Lilly Kruithoff, and Erika Ryan were selected by the university to be part of the over 100 student ensemble for the evening. They spent the day working with professors at Calvin on advanced music concepts and performed in a concert with Calvin's Wind Ensemble that same evening. Congratulations students and thank you for representing Hopkins Public Schools as part of our Band!
