Dear 4th and 5th Grade Families,
The 4th & 5th Grade Winter Concert will be held in the large APR on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 1:30pm. We are pleased to invite close family members to join us for this exciting event.
Please note that seats are limited. We will do our best to accommodate all guests, but be advised that some members of the audience may have to stand. Younger siblings will enjoy the concert at a school-wide assembly in the morning and are not inivted to attend the afternoon concert. The concert will not be videotaped and shared, as has been the practice in years past.
The following procedures are in place to help the performance run smoothly and safely. We appreciate your reviewing the information below and completing the forms ahead of time.
Visitor Sign In
Guests may begin entering the building at 1:15pm through the back parking lot door (Door 22) or the SACC doors (Door 28) at the top of the circular drive in the front of the building. Due to security protocols, guests are only permitted in the large APR and immediate hallway area. Guests are not permitted to visit classrooms.
Please complete the form linked below by 8pm on Tuesday, December 16. Those who do not complete the form ahead of time will be asked to sign in at the main office. All adults will be required to show photo identification.

Student Early Dismissal
We recognize that many of you may want to sign your child/ren out of school for the day following the concert. To streamline the early dismissal process, please complete the form below by 8pm on Tuesday, December 16.
