Hello Glennwood Families,
It has been another wonderful week at Glennwood! There is a special kind of energy in the building right now as we balance our steady classroom routines with the excitement of several big community events on the horizon. It’s truly a joy to see our students so focused and engaged in their daily learning.
Join Us for Culture Night This Sunday!
I am thrilled to invite all of our families to join us for Culture Night this Sunday, March 22nd, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are incredibly excited about the number of families who have signed up to participate and host a table. This event is a highlight of our year, and I am so looking forward to seeing our community come together to experience and celebrate the diverse cultural backgrounds that make Glennwood such an amazing place. Whether you are hosting a table or coming to explore, it is going to be a beautiful afternoon of connection and learning. I hope to see you all there!
One Crew, One Book: Sign Up Today!
We are also gearing up for a very special school-wide experience: One Crew, One Book. If you haven’t already signed up to join us, please take a moment to do so!
We are so excited to kick off this shared reading journey. We have some truly special events and surprises planned as part of this campaign, and it is an experience you definitely won't want to miss. Stay tuned for more information coming your way soon, but for now - make sure you're signed up to be part of the crew!
Thank you for your continued partnership and for making Glennwood such a vibrant community. I look forward to celebrating with you all this Sunday!

Specials Spotlight - What's Happening in the PE?
We just wrapped up our running unit in P.E. In preparation for Tour Decatur, which had a fantastic Glennwood turnout! Our kids learned how to pace themselves, set personal goals and persevere!
