We hope you had a great weekend! This week 3rd-5th grade students will take the FAST Math PM3 Assessment. We are looking forward to celebrating all of our students growth and achievements beginning next week! Let's FINISH STRONG BELA!! A few reminders:

• 3rd-5th grade students will take the FAST MATH, Monday-Wednesday
• Please ensure students are WELL RESTED, on time and ready to do their best. Don't forget to encourage and affirm your student leader(s).

1. Yearbooks: Extra yearbooks are on sale! NOW at a reduced price!! Limited quantities remaining, ORDER TODAY!
2. BELA Pageant : The Mr. & Miss Biscayne Pageant will be held Saturday May 30th. Please come out to support these courageous 4th grade students in their race to the crown. Ticket and location information below

3. School Safety

   • Safety is our #1 priority. Please monitor what your students bring to school
   • We are asking students to leave backpacks home, we are in testing season and there is no longer a need for large backpacks. Lunch bags are allowed
4. Summer Communication: Please ensure you follow the Biscayne Facebook page this summer for school news and announcements

2025-2026 Yearbook has ARRIVED. Yearbooks will be sent home with students who preordered

• If you missed preorder, it's not too late. We have extra yearbooks on sale NOW!
• These FULL COLOR yearbooks are still available **limited amount available, ORDER TODAY!**
• Yearbooks will be sent home with your student leader by end of week ordered

NOTE: 5th grade parents, yearbooks are NOT included in Senior package this year. Purchase a yearbook for your students last year in elementary

• ACTIVE DCPS Level 1 Volunteer Clearance REQUIRED
