If your child misses time from school, they are missing essential instruction. This can be more impactful at the high school due to our 4x4 block schedule (longer class periods that meet daily for 1/2 year). We monitor student attendance weekly to identify students who are at risk of being identified for chronic absenteeism. We are able to have students stay after school to 'recover' attendance time and help them stay in good standing (not chronically absent). If this applies to your student we will contact you to set up dates for your child to stay after school. Thank you in advance for supporting our efforts!
