The future called, and Spring ISD students answered! Spring ISD welcomed middle and high school students and their families to College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) Night at Randall Reed Community Center, where they explored exciting opportunities, including dual credit, Advanced Placement courses, industry-based certifications and 33 career pathways. Talk about options for a bright future!

Representatives from the United States Army, United States Marine Corp, and Lone Star College joined Spring ISD counselors for a presentation that helped broaden the horizons of the future graduates.

Spring ISD has some of the best, most dedicated teachers in Texas. Hats off to the amazing teachers at Jenkins Elementary School who show up and meet students where they are every day. Whether through story time, or immersive activities that challenge students while they learn, the teachers at Jenkins give their all for their little jaguars.

Awesome job, everyone!

🏌️The Spring ISD Education Foundation’s 24th Annual Tee Up for Education Golf Tournament brought together 120 community leaders and partners for a friendly day of golf. And what a beautiful day it was! The golfers hit the links at Northgate Country Club, raising $90,000 to invest in the future of Spring ISD students and teachers. Superintendent Dr. Kregg Cuellar and his team brought the heat for the friendly competition, making for a fun day had by all.

Spring ISD Education Foundation Executive Director Sandra Harper Scott, and golf committee co-chairs Lott Johnson and Jeff West worked with sponsors, golfers, donors and community partners to make this a memorable tournament for everyone who participated. Everyone involved had a fantastic time keeping Spring ISD students at the center of everything.

Gloria Marshall Elementary School rode a wave of success at its First Nine Weeks Awards Ceremony. The little scholars were recognized for perfect attendance, A Honor Roll, A/B Honor Roll and excellent conduct. All that hard work, dedication and support from teachers and families have these Marlins making waves and proving that there is nothing they can’t accomplish.

🎉Congratulations to everyone as they soar beyond the shore!

The Reynolds Elementary School Armadillos had a legendary team-up with the Houston Texans' very own mascot Toro as they blacked-out bullying. During the engaging Toro Takes on Bullying assembly, students learned four key ways to handle bullying: Be Yourself, Use Your Voice, Leave and Look Out for Others.

Toro shared his own experiences of what it’s like to be different and being told unkind words. He reminded students that everyone deserves respect, kindness, and the freedom to be themselves. As Toro led the charge, the Reynolds Armadillos learned that you don’t have to score touchdowns to be the MVP.

✨ At Reynolds Elementary, kindness always wins! ✨

Booker Elementary School students were seeing red — in the best way possible! Red Ribbon Week brought plenty of excitement and school spirit as students came together for a high-energy pep rally focused on making healthy choices and building bright futures.

With lots of enthusiasm and a powerful message about staying drug-free, the celebration reminded students that making smart decisions today can lead to great things tomorrow. Way to go, Booker, for making healthy choices something worth cheering about!
