Message from the Principal
JAJHS Families,
I can’t believe we’re already approaching mid-May!
Around JAJHS, our kids are so busy this time of year! We’re proud of them for their final track meets, spring concerts, finishing OST and MAP testing, and for working hard through the end of the year!
We have a number of exciting activities going on around the building from our Student Council Spring Fling to the 8th grade Washington DC trip and end of the year special events!
This week, we also celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week. At JAJHS, we’re so luck to have a wonderful, hardworking, compassionate group of teachers to lead our kids. If you haven’t had a chance to yet, please consider reaching out to a teacher who has made an impact in your life or the life of your child!
As the school year winds down, I want to again thank you for entrusting us with your kids. We’re so proud of the ways we’ve seen them grow this year.
Sincerely,
Mr. Malany
Principal

Medications at School
Sometimes parents ask that school personnel administer medication to their child during the school day. When this is necessary, we require written permission and instructions from the parent and in some instances from the doctor. The required form must be completed and turned in to the junior high office with the medication to be administered.
