A Message from the Principal

Dear Highlander Families:

Next week is is a busy one at Hewes. On Tuesday we will hold our general PTA meeting at 1pm on Zoom or in person in the library. On Wednesday, we have Breakfast Club at 8:15am in the MPR, all students are welcome. On Wednesday night our 7th Grade Core team will host Knight at the Museum. All 7th grade students will present their middle ages research projects from 6pm - 7pm in the Activity Center.

The week of February 24th is Conference Week for students and families. You will be contacted by your child's teacher if your child needs to have a conference. There will be minimum days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and students will be dismissed at 12:25pm. Please plan accordingly as the library will not be open for students after school and before school tutoring will not be held.

Do you have unanswered questions about registration and course selection for the 2025-2026 school year? If so join me and our school counselors on Wednesday, February 26th at 8am in the MPR for Donuts and Details. Have questions? Please join us and we will get them answered.

Please stay connected to Hewes by checking our website and following us on Instagram @heweshighlanders for the latest information and news.
