FAFSA/ORSAA
Complete the FAFSA or ORSAA to see if you're eligible for federal financial aid.
Step 1:
Create your FSA ID (A student creates one and a parent creates one, too). See your slide deck in G. C. 2027 (start on slide 7, questions, see slide 13).

Step 2:
Complete your FAFSA or ORSAA (for Oregon students without a social security number). If you are not sure which form to do, go to the FAFSA/ORSAA Filter Tool https://oregonstudentaid.gov/fafsa-orsaa/fafsaorsaa-filter-tool/
Oregon Promise
AFTER you finish the FAFSA, take FIVE-SEVEN minutes and fill out the Oregon Promise (Grant) which can be used for two years
Up to $2, 280-$4,716 per year to be used at an Oregon Community College
If you have a 2.0 GPA or higher
You MUST complete the FAFSA by June 1, 2027 at the LATEST (this is a once in a lifetime chance. You can NEVER go back and do it later).
ALL seniors should apply for this, as future plans could change. This acts either as two years of free tuition or it lets you know your options after high school.
