We had a great time spreading kindness during Start with Hello Week. Both PK-5 and Jr. High had their first assemblies of the school year. Check out our Facebook page for more pictures from throughout our week together. School spirit and kindness was spread all week long!

Your child's teacher will be reaching out to schedule a parent teacher conference. This is a great time, at the beginning of the school year, to connect about your child's progress, any concerns and to review what your child's report card will look like once first quarter is over on October 18th. Please be sure to sign up for a specific meeting time with your child's teacher soon!

Jr. High Parent/Teacher Conferences are a great way to connect with your student’s teachers. Conferences in the Jr. High are a first come/first served basis. Conferences will be held on Tuesday, October 8th (4pm-7:30pm) and Thursday, October 10th (2:30-5:30pm).

Students should have received their school pictures today. If you dislike your child's school picture or your child was absent on picture day, picture retakes will be taken on October 17th. Forms for picture retakes will be sent home prior. Please let us know in advance if your child will be taking pictures on this date.

We noticed that some of the wallets were not printed correctly and the perforations were not centered. If your child's wallets have this printing error, please email studio@throughalens.com with a picture of the picture as evidence of this error. They will contact the printing company to have your child's wallets reprinted and sent to the school. Please email the address above if you have any other issues or questions about your child's pictures. Through a Lens apologizes for this inconvenience and will make it right.

Be on the look out for "Respect the Red" coupons! All staff at Wolf Ridge will have coupons to pass out each month to those students they see demonstrating respect, responsibility, empathy and determination. We want to encourage those students who are "doing the right thing" at our school. One side of the coupon will be sent home. The other side of the coupon will be placed in a monthly drawing for prizes. The more coupons you get each month, the better your chances for a prize during our drawing at the end of the month.

We will meet at 6:30 in the library for PFK.

This is a tentative event that will be hosted by PFK from 6:00-7:30 at Wolf Ridge.

Students will be dismissed early at 2:00pm on these days for conferences. Conferences will take place from 4-7:30 on Tuesday and 2:30-5:30 on Thursday.

Students will learn all about fire safety.

There will be no school on this Friday or Monday. Enjoy your 4 day weekend!

Support our cafeteria by eating a free breakfast and lunch at school this week. The theme for this year is "School Lunch Pirates: Find Your Treasure!"

More information will be sent home by Mr. Adams soon.

If your child was chosen as the Student of the Month for September, they will be able to bring a special person to lunch with them on this day.

This day marks the end to the 1st quarter of school. Law enforcement will be present today for a drill.
