Dear RFISD Families,
It’s hard to believe we’re already wrapping up October! The first couple of months of school have flown by, and I want to take a moment to say thank you—for your support, your involvement, and the energy you bring to our district community.
This time of year is always busy in the best way. From fall sports and band competitions to parent conferences and classroom projects, there’s been a lot happening across our campuses. I’ve loved seeing our students thrive—not just academically, but through all the other experiences that help them grow into confident, capable young people.
As we move into November, we know things don’t slow down. There’s still a lot of learning to do, and plenty to look forward to: upcoming events, holidays, and some well-deserved time to rest and reset.
Thanks again for all you do to make Randolph Field ISD the amazing place it is. I’m proud of the work happening in our classrooms and even more proud of the people behind it—our students, staff, families, and community members.
On a different note, please be on the lookout for an anonymous survey that will be sent to all RFISD parents via ParentSquare--asking for your feedback on how the government shutdown may be impacting your household. We appreciate your participation so that we can understand how our community is being affected.
Warmest Regards,
Brian Holt, EdD
Superintendent
Randolph Field ISD
