Congratulations to our TOMS Teacher, Stacy Hughes, on her incredible winning season as the Carolina Forest High School Girls Basketball Coach! The Lady Panthers were 2025 Region Champions with an undefeated season record of 10-0! We are so proud of Ms. Hughes and her amazing team!
They have moved on to compete for the 5A State Title and will play their next game at CFHS on Monday, 2/24! Come out and support the Lady Panthers!
TOMS Families as a reminder, both breakfast and lunch are provided FREE to ALL students on a daily basis at all Horry County Schools.
No fast food deliveries will be accepted in the front office for students. We will be clearly communicating this with our students. We greatly appreciate your assistance with this.

Mrs. Shupe and Mrs. LaValle are starting a TOMS Spring Run Club for girls the first week in February. They will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays until 4:45 pm.
Despite the dreary weather, our TOMS Running Club had a blast! Not only did they get moving around the building, but they also took part in a fun team-building activity -The Floor is Lava. The sound of laughter and giggles echoed throughout the building! The Running Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
A huge thank you to Mrs. Sonni Shupe for leading this initiative, along with Mrs. Teresa LaValle, Mrs. Gabrielle Gombos, Ms. Angela Anderson, and Mrs. Veronica Scully. Your dedication is teaching our students the importance of staying active while having fun!
TOMS Technology Club will meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month!

Kindness Club Meets The first Thursday of the Month!
The TOMS Kindness Club was created for our students, and will meet once a month during our morning Advisory time. The goal is to provide an opportunity for students to promote kindness in their school and communities while also increasing their leadership abilities. It also fosters an attitude of teamwork and problem-solving by working together in a respectful manner. The students will participate in several different activities during the school year that will work to foster leadership skills while promoting kindness. We look forward to seeing you in the Kindness Club!
We have partnered with the company safeDISMISSAL.COM for our dismissal process. One of the many features of this new dismissal process is that your children will remain comfortably and safely in their classroom until the moment they will meet you in the "car loading zone". All students received their Yellow Pick-up Card at Back to School Open House or on the first day of school. If you need a card, please request from your child's Advisory teacher.

All Technology fines must be paid in full; the $25 technology fee must be paid and we must have a parent/student permission form signed. Below is a detailed explanation of the difference between Tech fines and Tech fees. Only Tech FINES are currently available to be paid at My Payments Plus. 2024/2025 Tech Fees payments will need to be made in person at Ten Oaks Middle.
