Evening Playgroup!
Evening playgroup is a success! We understand families need opportunities that fit your schedules. If you can not make it to our weekly Thursday or Wednesday daytime playgroups due to your work or school schedule we invite you to join our monthly evening playgroup. Our next event is Wednesday September 11 from 5-6:30 p.m. A light meal will be provided at 5. Please use the QR code or call 410-479-3050 to register. Produce Bags!
Did you receive a produce bag? The Caroline County Public Schools Food Nutrition Services prepared these wonderful produce bags for our families. On August 20 Ms. Amanda and Mrs. Heather drove around delivering fresh produce. This was timed perfectly between the week the summer meals ended and before school started. Would you like a produce bag? We will be offering these again before the fall break, to our Judy Center families that have attended playgroups and/or family engagements and complete the registration form. Willy Woo Woo Super Summer Show
On August 26th the Federalsburg Judy Center Early Learning Hub was filled with laughter. There is nothing that can quite compare to the sound of full belly laughs coming from a group of kids.
Parent Education Opprtunities
As adults and especially as a parent or caregiver we often feel like we need to have all the answers. We feel like the weight of the world is on our shoulders, especially when it comes to the children we are responsible for. Would you like to connect with other parents? Would you like to learn about your child's development and learning? Are you interested in learning more about positive discipline and strategies to address those challenging moments? Petite Picassos Color and Texture
Join in the fun at the Caroline County Public Library Denton Branch in the large meeting room from 10:30-11:30. This is for children 1-4 years of age and you must register. Call the Denton branch at 410-479-1343
Fall Storytime is Starting!
Caroline County Public Library is offering story time at the Greensboro branch on Tuesday October 1 @ 10:30. It will be offered at the Central Library in Denton on Wednesday October 2 @ 10:30.
Take, Make, and Participate!
Its the Tiny Art Show! Starting September 2 stop by the Caroline County Public Library of your choosing and pick up an art kit. Create your masterpiece (what a great family Friday night activity). Be sure to turn in your artwork by September 30 to be eligible for the random drawing.
