Take a COVID-19 Test and Enter to Win a $50 Gift Card
To make sure everyone stays healthy and safe when classes resume after Thanksgiving Break, PUSD Health Programs strongly encourages all PUSD students to test for COVID-19 the evening of Nov. 27, 2022 or the morning of Nov. 28, 2022 - before coming to school.
Students who test on either of those dates before the start of school can win a $50 dollar gift card in a special “return to school” drawing!
Free COVID test kits are available at PUSD schools through Friday, Nov. 18
To enter the drawing:
Take a COVID test using a PCR or rapid antigen test on the evening of Nov. 27, 2022 or the morning of Nov. 28, 2022 - before coming to school.
After you test, click on the link below to enter the drawing.
SAFE AND HEALTHY RETURN TO SCHOOL FROM THANKSGIVING BREAK
The drawing closes at 5:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2022. PUSD Health Programs will contact winners by Friday, Dec. 3.

Attention 4th Graders!
Fourth graders can get into 19 state parks for FREE. A California State Park Adventure Pass helps them do just that. Parents/Guardians of fourth grade students can sign up for the pass on behalf of their student. For more information, visit www.parks.ca.gov/AdventurePass.
