Bullying & Bias

Promote empathy and perspective-taking, and help students challenge prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination. And, since students aren't the only ones who bully, assess the power dynamics among the adults in your building. “Hate, bias and passivity toward harm to others all thrive on a lack of knowledge. We stand up for one another when we get more informed about fellow human beings and the world.”

Bullying and Youth with Disabilities and Special Health Needs

Children with disabilities-such as physical, developmental, intellectual, emotional, and sensory disabilities-are at an increased risk of being bullied.
