FMS Invitational Success
Our Wildcats hit the track running at the Farnsley Middle School Invitational hosted at PRP High School. The Girls Track Team dominated the meet, finishing 1st overall, while our Boys Track Team earned a solid 2nd place showing. A huge congratulations to all our athletes and coaches for their outstanding effort and teamwork.

Spring Break Spotlight: Boone County Invitational
While most students were relaxing over break, our track stars stayed focused and competitive. At the Boone County Invitational, two of our relay teams brought home top finishes:

  • Girls 4x100 Relay – Jazmyn Southern, Iviona Scruggs, Kayla Newton, and Gabby Wilson raced to a 4th place finish in a tight field.

  • Boys 4x200 Relay – Aaron Neal-Dorsey, Robierre Love-Cullars, Isaiah Din, and Davion Johnson battled to secure 5th place, showcasing speed and teamwork.

Proud, Prepared, and On Track
Our track and field athletes continue to embody what it means to be student-athletes—showing discipline, resilience, and commitment on and off the track. The entire coaching staff is proud of this group’s strong start, and we look forward to more milestones as the season progresses.

The 2025 Farnsley Middle School Baseball season is underway, and our Wildcats Varsity team is showing grit and growth early in the season. With two competitive games already under their belt—both ending in hard-fought ties—this young team is proving they belong.

Fighting Until the Final Out
In their most recent game, the Wildcats faced off against one of the league’s top contenders—Southend Catholic. Despite trailing early, Farnsley rallied back with determination and heart to even the score, demonstrating their resilience and competitive edge. It was a statement performance that showed this team is not backing down from any challenge.

Coach’s Corner
Head Coach Jalen Riley is optimistic about the squad’s development. “This is a young group,” he shared, “but they’re maturing quickly. What stands out most is their passion for the game. They want to learn, they want to compete, and they’re committed to doing things the right way.”

Eyes on Growth
While the win column remains just out of reach, the progress being made each game is what truly matters. The team’s ability to stay composed under pressure, bounce back from early deficits, and trust in one another is laying the foundation for a successful season.

Important Resources for Student-Athlete Parents Important Resources for Student-Athlete Parents

Below are two key resources we use to streamline communication and ensure district procedures for medical records are followed.

1. FinalForms: This web-based program allows you to upload your child’s medical information once, rather than yearly. It also lets you upload sports physical documents, keeping a copy for your records. FinalForms will send you reminders when documents are about to expire, and I will also use it to communicate with you via email.

2. Athletic Website: Our new athletic website, www.FarnsleyWildcats.com, provides updates on all sports and activities, as well as a calendar for all games and practices. You no longer need to call the school or rely on your child for schedule details. The site also sends notifications about any schedule changes.

Please see the attached instructions for registering with both FinalForms and Event Link, which houses

our website calendar.
