We had a busy week in the elementary kicking it off on Monday with conferences (thank you so much for attending) and ended Friday with Smithton's got Talent, and the annual PTO Trunk or Treat. We had a great turn out and are just thrilled with the community support.

A huge thank you from our Elementary Student Council. Hat day and snack and sip has been a huge success and we are so appreciative. We can't wait to get the quad updated and ready for use!

This week we are shooting for business as usual with class parties and Halloween parade on Friday beginning at 2:00. Following parties we hope you will join us over at the sports complex for our FBLA Fall Festival.

A few reminders:

Elementary students are not permitted to use the vending machines (unless after school hours).

Drop off and pick up needs to remain consistent for the safety of everyone involved. Please drive through the drop off/pick up line, pull up to the available location, and do not pass cars in front of you. Thank you for understanding.

For the month of October we will recognize learners. If your child does something that stands out to you as a learner, we'd love to hear about it and share it with our entire Elementary at our morning zoom meeting. Message Ms. Dana or myself on the Rooms app or send us an email so we can celebrate the good stuff! warrenb@smithton.k12.mo.us or northd@smithton.k12.mo.us

Remember we are not in session tomorrow, Monday, October 27th.
